We are educators and practitioners. Together, our team brings more than 40 years of combined experience across accessibility, AI adoption, governance, and training, committed to creating a more inclusive and responsible future for technology.

Quinn Karley Ed.M.

Quinn Karley has spent her career helping people, organizations, and communities navigate change in ways that are thoughtful, inclusive, and deeply human-centered.

Her work has spanned leadership development, accessibility, education, training, AI adoption, governance, and program innovation, always with a focus on creating environments where people feel supported, capable, and connected.

Throughout her career, Quinn has helped build and lead initiatives centered around inclusion, learning, and community. She currently serves as a volunteer board member for HDI, an organization focused on fostering connection, collaboration, and shared learning within the support and technology industry, and regularly speaks at local and national conferences on AI adoption, responsible use, and human-centered implementation.

Quinn is known for translating complex ideas into approachable, real-world solutions that help organizations reduce friction, improve accessibility, and use technology in ways that better support people and everyday life.

Amy Wight MSEd

MSEd Inclusive Education, IAAP Certified Professionals in Accessibility Core Competencies, CPACC

Amy Wight has dedicated her career to helping organizations create more accessible, inclusive, and equitable learning and digital environments.

With more than 15 years of experience spanning higher education, accessibility leadership, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and digital accessibility strategy, Amy is known for bridging the gap between accessibility policy, practical implementation, and the everyday experiences of the people those systems are meant to support.

Her work focuses on helping organizations reduce barriers, improve usability, and build environments where more people can fully participate, contribute, and thrive. Amy brings a thoughtful, collaborative approach to accessibility, combining technical knowledge with empathy, education, and practical guidance.

As a Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC), Amy helps organizations navigate accessibility with clarity and confidence through training, strategy, remediation guidance, and inclusive design practices grounded in real-world application.

Amy is passionate about creating systems and experiences that are not only compliant, but genuinely usable, welcoming, and human-centered.
